• Introduced MES system to transform into an industrial 4.0 manufacturing facility.

In 2017
• Morimatsu India was founded.

• Successfully listed in HK stock market.
• Morimatsu Italy was founded；
• Malaysia joint venture was set up.

• Morimatsu (Suzhou)LifeSciences Co., Ltd. was established.
• Shanghai Morimatsu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established.
• Started Construction of Changshu plant.
• Morimatsu's single-use system plant was put into operation.
• Exported one of the world's largest bioreactor projects to Europe.

In 2023
• Morimatsu (Singapore) was established.
• Morimatsu Changshu production base was put into trail operation.

In 2024
• Morimatsu (Suzhou) factory officially opened.
• Launched laboratory one-stop solution.
• Delivered over 15,000 square meters of modular plant (about 250 Pharmadule modules) for new ADC facility in Singapore.
• Exported 2 sets of single 20,000L bioreactors for cell culture meat production in USA.
